MangoXPrompts
UX Case Study
How MangoXPrompts was designed to reduce prompt search effort and improve prompt accuracy for creators, marketers, and AI users.
MangoXPrompts was built to solve a simple but frustrating problem: people can find prompts everywhere, but very few actually work consistently. This platform was created to make prompt discovery simpler, faster, and more reliable through curated, practical prompts that users can copy and use instantly.
End-to-end vision, UX strategy, target audience analysis, content curation, and launch.

Users waste valuable hours testing random internet prompts with unpredictable outcomes.
A trusted directory reducing prompt search effort while ensuring higher quality output.
Why We Built This
AI users were spending more time searching for the right prompt than actually creating. Random, low-quality prompts led to inconsistent outputs, frustration, and wasted time. MangoXPrompts was built to change that.
01. Prompt Overload
Users find too many prompts online, but most are unstructured or low quality.
02. Inconsistent Output
Free prompts often produce poor, unpredictable, or deformed results in image generators.
03. Wasted Effort
Users spend too much time manually editing, testing, and troubleshooting prompts.
Main UX Insight
The core challenge wasn't prompt supply — it was prompt validation. Users do not want millions of random prompts; they want a few selected formats that are guaranteed to compile correctly.
“Users do not want ‘more prompts.’ They want prompts that actually work. The real UX opportunity was not content quantity, but content clarity, structure, and trust.”

Founder Perspective
As the founder, I personally studied the pain point users face while searching for AI prompts. Most prompts available online are either generic, inaccurate, or inconsistent. MangoXPrompts was launched to solve that gap by offering practical, structured, and more dependable prompts that users can simply copy and paste into Gemini or other AI tools.
“Sharing the prompts that actually work.”
